This annual event encourages you to shop small and visit local commercial corridors.

Every year, Christmas Village transforms LOVE Park into a traditional, open-air German Christmas Market. Vendors will set up shop during the Holiday season to sell a wide variety of holiday gifts, ornaments, jewelry and high-quality arts and crafts.

Germantown Small Business Saturday
Join the Germantown Arts District for the Gratefully Germantown event along Germantown Avenue for a meaningful day supporting local Germantown small businesses. Roxborough Pop-Up Market
Join Roxborough Development Corporation for a 3-day family-oriented event that will celebrate the season with a tree-lighting ceremony, activities for kids, and the arrival of Santa to Roxborough. Live dance and musical performances will add to the holiday cheer. This year’s addition is an indoor holiday pop-up market where you’ll find the great gifts by a diverse array of over 20 skilled artists and crafters. Shoppers can also delight in an assortment of delicious foods and beverages offered by food trucks and local eateries.

Fishtown Freeze Weekend
Join Fishtown Kensington Business Improvement District for a weekend long family-friendly extravaganza that brings dozens of custom-designed ice sculptures, holiday shopping spree discounts at over 20 participating area retailers and more to the streets of Fishtown. Event highlights include interactive live ice sculpture carvings throughout the day, holiday shopping at area’s independent boutiques, photos with Santa at Frankford Hall, food and drink specials at all your favorite restaurants, and even more holiday fun.

All year long, businesses on South 7th Street offer cultural cuisines, market sales, and a variety of Southeast Asian good cheer! Come explore South 7th Street and support businesses. Cambodian, Vietnamese, and Lao immigrants on 7th Street sharing their delicious cooking ingredients, also largely in between Snyder and Oregon avenues.

Join the holiday cheer of Chestnut Hill with a brass quartet, view an outdoor model train display at Morris Arboretum and take advantage of late-night shopping hours on Wednesdays.
