More than 71,000 Philadelphia water customers have switched to AutoPay and are easily managing their water bill payments online. If you haven’t done so already, you can switch today to take full advantage of the key benefits this service offers!
AutoPay helps you avoid late or missed payments by ensuring your bills are paid monthly and on time. For example, you can set up notifications by email or SMS text messaging of upcoming scheduled payments and when they have been taken care of. More importantly, the service personalizes your payment experience by allowing you to opt in and out of recurring payments. It also goes a step further, letting you decide whether to pay all or part of your bill.

When you’re all set, go to phila.gov/waterbill and select “Register” to get started.
Completing this registration process unlocks your access to paperless billing, automating your payments, along with viewing and printing up to 13 months of past bills, managing budget billing, accessing usage history, and getting alerts.
