Fairmount Park Conservancy presents its inaugural Spanish-language film series. The film will have English subtitles. A food and craft market will feature local vendors from the Latino community. ArtsFest

Moonwalk & stargazing party

Join astronomer Buddy Muhler for a two-mile guided moonwalk and telescope observation. September’s full moon is known as the Harvest Moon. The full moon offers extra hours of light for farmers harvesting their crops. Native American tribes named it the Big Moon or Corn Moon. Learn more.

Take a guided hike that goes from trail…to taps

Join Fairmount Park Conservancy’s John Sigmund for a thirsty Thursday guided hike. After the hike, attendees can enjoy cold drinks at Parks on Tap in Fairmount Park. Parks on Tap is a traveling beer garden that visits the city’s various neighborhood parks. Proceeds benefit Fairmount Park Conservancy and the Park Friends Network.
