Proposed Regulation 7 (“Required Ethics Training”) Public Comment Hearing Information

The regulation hearing and Board of Ethics meeting scheduled for September 20 have been postponed.

At its monthly meeting on August 16, 2023, the Board of Ethics voted to approve for public comment the proposed repeal and replacement of Regulation 7 (PDF) (“Required Ethics Training”), posted for public review.

A public hearing on the proposed regulation is scheduled for September 20, 2023 at 1 p.m. before the monthly Board of Ethics meeting. The hearing will be conducted virtually on Zoom, and log-in information will be found on the meeting agenda posted on the Board of Ethics’ website. All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend and offer testimony.
