Screening of Descendant

Stenton will screen the film Descendant. The film documents the search for and historic discovery of the Clotilda.It was the last ship to bring enslaved Africans to the United States, carrying 110 kidnapped Africans. Come learn about Africatown, the neighborhood founded by the occupants of the Clotilda.

Forgotten Founding Fathers

Mapping a legacy: community genealogy workshop
