On December 21, 2022, the Board of Ethics approved two settlement agreements, copies of which are attached hereto:

Councilmember Kenyatta Johnson: Resolving violations of Philadelphia’s Statement of Financial Interests Law for omissions in Statements of Financial Interests filed with the Board.  Councilmember Johnson has agreed to pay $2,000 in civil monetary penalties. View the settlement agreement (PDF).
