Mayor Kenney, City officials, and community members celebrated the official re-opening of the newly renovated Frank S. Nelson, Jr. Memorial Recreation Center. The improvements to the recreation center were made possible by the city’s Rebuild program, and Philadelphia’s historic investment in public spaces.
