The Citywide registration for focus groups surrounding the City Budget is closed.

Select applicants will be contacted about upcoming sessions which will focus on Philadelphians priorities and preferences on how the City Spends money on services like trash collection, anti-violence, public health, and more. For Philadelphians who were not selected or able to attend our Virtual Focus Groups, we still want to hear your ideas before the proposed budget is put together.

How you can still participate

Complete our FY24 Budget Community Survey

This citywide survey is a space for community members to share their concerns, experiences and perspectives on City spending. These results will be compiled with the community insight provided from virtual and in person focus groups to communicate residents’ perspective to City Departments, City Council and the Mayor.

We recommend residents view this video for a better understanding of the City Budget process before completing the survey.

You can also Call 311 to register. Focus groups will be held until the end of December 2022, enrollment and sessions are occurring on a rolling basis.

Live translation, closed captioning, and other language and accessibility accommodations will be available upon request within the registration. Call 311 or email budget@phila.gov for assistance as well. Registration is open enrollment at this time, please select the date(s) that work for you, and you will be contacted by the Budget Office.

Public multi-language surveys will close at the end of the day on December 20, 2022.
