PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board will conduct public and technical hearings in the 2022 TAP-R Reconciliation Proceeding on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 10 a.m. Both hearings are open to the public and will be conducted remotely via Zoom.

This proceeding concerns the annual reconciliation and adjustment of the Water Department’s Tiered Assistance Program and related rates and charges.

People affected by the Rate Board’s decision who wish to testify at the virtual public input hearing can provide their name, phone number, and email address to WaterRateBoard@phila.gov.

Written comments may also be sent to WaterRateBoard@phila.gov.

A link to the hearing, meeting number, call-in number and password are posted on the Rate Board’s website.
