Christmas Village in LOVE Park
When: November 25 – December 24, 2021
Hours: Sunday – Thursday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m., Friday – Saturday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Christmas Village is back at LOVE Park and City Hall! The festivities begin after the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade on November 25. They continue through Christmas Eve, December 24. The event is one of the largest and most authentic German Christmas markets in the United States. Admission to Christmas Village is free. Shopping, food, and drink are pay-as-you-go. Christmas Village Storytimes
When: December 1 – December 22, 2021 — Every Wednesday at 11 a.m.

Deck the Porch at Ryerss Museum & Library
When: December 4, 2021 – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Ryerss Museum & Library in Burholme Park, 7370 Central Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111
Join The Friends of Ryerss for the return of their Holiday Celebration and Christmas Greenery Sale. Featuring wreaths from Fox Chase Farm, fun activities for kids, delicious baked goods for sale, and a used book sale. Be sure to check out the blacksmith demonstration by Stuart Geisler in front of the carriage house.
Handmade Holidays at Bartram’s Garden
When: December 4, 2021 – 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Bartram’s Garden, 5400 Lindberg Blvd. Philadelphia, PA 19143
Celebrate the holidays at Bartram’s Garden in person this year! Craft workshops, pie making contests, winter tree ID activities, and more are planned for a fun day in the park. Local vendors and small businesses create a holiday marketplace experience for guests. Learn more about Handmade Holidays.
Winter Festival at Gold Star Park
When: December 4, 2021 – 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Movie night at Cianfrani Park: “It’s a Wonderful Life”
When: December 4, 2021 – 4:30 p.m. showtime
Where: Cianfrani Park, 721 S 8th St., Philadelphia, PA, 19147
Bundle up and enjoy a viewing of the holiday classic “It’s A Wonderful Life.” Bring your own chair or blanket. Be sure to bundle up (think football weather) and consider wearing a mask. Read more about this event hosted by the Friends of Cianfrani Park.
Holiday Lighting Celebration at Dickinson Square

Pegasus Therapeutic Riding Academy Holiday Bazaar

Winter Nights, Winter Lights
When: December 11, 2021 – 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: Bardascino Park, 1000 S 10th St, Philadelphia, PA 19147
The friends of Bardascino Park bringing light to long winter nights by installing an illuminated tree and inviting the community to light up the park with handcrafted lanterns. Community members are encouraged to pick up a craft lantern kit from the park on December 4 to decorate and bring to the ceremony on December 11. VIRTUAL EVENTS
Yoga with Jenna Song
When: Sundays at 10 a.m. Now through March, 2022.

Join this online yoga class evert Wednesday from now until March. Hatha yoga emphasizes physical health and relaxation of your mind. The class will focus on posture alignment, strengthening, and flexibility. Register for the class. Event by Tookany/Tacony-Frankford (TTF) Watershed Partnership.
“A Toymaker’s Christmas”

Star Players of Philadelphia Parks & Recreation presents a virtual concert of its 2014 hit show “A Toymaker’s Christmas.” The show, written and directed by Bill Arthur will be presented on December 22, 23, 24 at 7 p.m. To view the show, visit Star Players on Facebook prior to the show and use the link provided.
