You can now schedule an online appointment with L&I representatives to get help with:

  • New permit applications.
  • New license applications.
  • License renewals.

All online appointments will be conducted over Zoom.

How to get a virtual appointment

Getting a virtual appointment is quick and easy.

Before you make your appointment, you need to have an eCLIPSE account. If you need help creating one, check out our instructional video on creating an account.

To schedule an appointment, complete the appointment request form. You can also call 311, or (215) 686-8686 if you are outside Philadelphia.

You must provide the following information:

  • First and last name.
  • A valid email address to receive the Zoom link. L&I will send you an email with the link on the day before your scheduled appointment.
  • The number and type of applications you are submitting. Customers are limited to three filings per appointment.

In-person appointments are also available.

You can also get help in person, by making an appointment to visit the L&I Permit and License Center in the Municipal Services Building near City Hall.
