3PM Mayor Kenney to Speak at Rivera Rec Center Groundbreaking Ceremony
The Mayor will join Kira Strong, Rebuild Director, Parks & Recreation Commissioner Kathryn Ott Lovell, Councilmember Maria Quiñones Sánchez, and HACE for the Rebuild groundbreaking ceremony at the Rivera Recreation Center. The ceremony will celebrate the start of a multi-million dollar renovation project at the Rivera Recreation Center funded by the Philadelphia Beverage Tax.
