March 11 (3/11) is always a big day for us at Philly311 but this year it’s even bigger and better. Mayor Jim Kenney officially declared March 11 311 Day! As the City’s non-emergency contact center we have been proud to serve Philadelphians for over 11 years. We are honored that Mayor Kenney has made our special day official. We’ve had a lot of highlights over our career and yesterday’s proclamation was no exception.

Philly311 Executive Director Graham Quinn said, “It’s exciting for the proclamation to continue to bring awareness to the hard work the Philly311 team does serving the residents of Philadelphia. I’m proud of the numbers we’ve put up since our beginning in 2008. That includes receiving our 10 millionth call this year.”

The Philly311 staff celebrated 311 Day on Wednesday, March 11. They read the official proclamation, raffled off prizes for agents, played music, and ate cake! The proclamation now hangs in the call center as kudos to all the agents and staff that continue to work hard to provide excellent customer service.

Even though 311 Day is over, you can celebrate all year long by connecting with us and letting us serve you! We are available to you in six different ways.

Whichever way you choose to contact us, interpretation services are available in multiple languages. Let us start resolving your city service issues or questions today!
