Hey Philadelphia, Happy March 11th! It’s National 311 Day! In honor of this date, we want to take the opportunity to announce some of the exciting ways we’ll be supporting Mayor Kenny’s second term priorities of equity and opportunity for all. Our updates aim to make it easier for all residents to access City services:

Philly311 is getting a makeover

This year, Philly311’s website will be unveiling a brand-new look. Not only will our services be easier to navigate, we’ll be providing new articles and videos about some of our most frequently asked questions. In the meantime, download our free app available on Apple and Android phones to start submitting requests today.

The Neighborhood Liaison Program is getting a makeover too

On July 1, 2020, we’ll be retiring the Neighborhood Liaison Program and launching the Community Partners Program. Many features of the program will remain, such as training on our services and access to Philly311’s Partner Portal, a powerful tool for improving quality of life in your community. Some new additions to the program include exclusive newsletters, events, and swag to show our appreciation to dedicated residents for all of the work that they do. Can’t wait for the Community Partners Program to start? Sign up to be a Neighborhood Liaison and we’ll let you know when we’re making the switch!

Our trainings are now offered online

In addition to our in-person training, we will now be offering our training online! Philly311’s online training can be taken at any time and at your own pace. Request a training online and in person by visiting Philly311’s website.

Be the first to know when our new programs launch by following us on Facebook and Twitter.
