The Mayor will deliver remarks at this annual day of service, hosted by Global Citizen, where over 150,000 people volunteer to serve their communities. Philly Counts will also kick off its Commit to Count pledge, which highlights the impact of a complete and accurate census and holds individuals accountable to complete the census in 2020.

The Mayor will deliver remarks to approximately 250 volunteers at the King Day of Service event at Overbrook Educational Center, a City-designated Community School.

1:30PM Mayor Kenney to Attend City Year Philadelphia Martin Luther King Day of Service
The Mayor will join City Year at this event where 1,000 volunteers will paint murals and complete other beautification projects within two Philadelphia schools.
