With the holidays underway, and the year coming to a close, it’s the perfect time to look back on some of our favorite moments of the year in the Mayor’s Office of Education, or as we like to call them MOEmoents. Here are 12 of our favorites:
1. This year we welcomed in the new Board of Education. We loved hosting listening tours, attending the first Board meeting, and of course getting to know the Board’s student reps!
ICYMI, the new @PHLSchoolBoard held its historic first meeting a week ago! Board member Chris McGinley said “Tonight, we stand on the cusp of making a better world for the children and young families who live and work in our city” Take a look back ➡ https://t.co/KeLpFM3FQ8 pic.twitter.com/zD8UOAfPdE
