Since 1992, Training for Change has provided training and capacity building services for activists and organizers. In addition to training workshops, they also have an online Training Tool Library, which allows users to access over 100 tools and articles.

Marie Amey-Taylor, EdD
Marie Amey-Taylor, EdD, is an Adjunct Professor at Temple University and member of the Academic Center on Research in Diversity (ACCORD) Steering Committee. Her doctoral research focused on diversity practioners, and Marie herself has designed and delivered hundreds of diversity-related programs in academic, private sector, nonprofit, community, and volunteer settings.

Howard Stevenson, PhD
Dr. Howard Stevenson is Executive Director of the Racial Empowerment Collaborative (REC) at the University of Pennsylvania – a research, program development, and training center that brings together community leaders, researchers, authority figures, families, and youth to study and promote racial literacy and health in schools and neighborhoods. He offers racial literacy trainings to uncover strategies and challenges in making practical and ethical decisions.

The National Coalition Building Institute is dedicated to ending the mistreatment of every group whether it stems from nationality, race, class, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, physical ability, job, or life circumstance. Their programs develop principled leaders who examine their own leadership, initiate training programs, and enter the heat of emotional group conflict to build bridges across difference.
